How do I submit a warranty claim?

To submit a warranty claim with E-RIDERZ, follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Documentation: Gather all necessary information, including details of the issue, photos of every side of the unit, and a video showing the problem clearly.
  2. Contact Support: Email the information to support@e-riderz.com.au. Include:

    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos of every side of the unit.
    • A video demonstrating the problem.
  3. Initial Assessment: Our support team will review your submission and may provide troubleshooting steps or request additional information.
  4. Service Arrangement: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our team will guide you on the next steps, which may include shipping the unit to our head office or an authorized service center for further assessment.


Is shipping covered by your warranty?

  • Within 30 Days: If your product was purchased within 30 days of the warranty issue arising, Electric Kicks will cover the costs of return shipping. The unit will be inspected upon arrival to determine the root cause of the issues.
  • After 30 Days: If the warranty issue arises more than 30 days after purchase, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping to Electric Kicks' head office or an authorized service center.


What should I do if my unit is not functioning properly?

If you encounter any issues with your electric unicycle, rest assured that we are here to help. Our support team will assist you in diagnosing the problem and, once identified, will offer the best solutions to address it swiftly and effectively. 




Do you have spare parts available in stock?

Yes, we keep spare motors, control boards and other parts available in stock for your electric rides. If you need replacement parts or additional accessories, please contact our support team for assistance.
